Hi! I’m Kristin, the writer and photographer sometimes known as Unfussy Epicure. I love good food and I love to cook and try recipes from all over the globe – but unless a particular kind of mood strikes me, I don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen.
You probably don’t want to spend all day in the kitchen either. But who doesn’t want to eat great food? I hope you’ll enjoy these recipes, and that they’ll help you get great food on the table fast.
Of course, sometimes you want someone else to do the cooking, and that’s why I also tell you about restaurants I love. If you wonder why you never see a negative review here, it’s not because “unfussy” means I like everything. It’s because I only want to share the best with you. If I don’t like it, I don’t waste your time or mine writing about it. (With a few exceptions – I loved writing about how icky Taco Bell’s breakfast menu is.)
Vegetarian? So am I – half the time. Every other week, I buy, cook, and eat only vegetarian food, so you’ll find plenty here that will work for you. Love meat? So do I! Carnivores should find plenty to delight them too.
